2021 saw Matchboard complete the refurbishment of 2 of their 3 paintshops with work still in progress to finish the third.

Always with a keen eye to keep our facilities running with maximum efficiency we undertook expert advice to ensure our paintshops are sufficiently equipped to maintain production of quality finished MDF boards whilst also creating a clean and safe environment for our sprayers to work in.

Using a water based paint our team are capable of priming 320 2440/3050x1220mm sheets of MDF per paintshop per day.
Coloured panels are also possible as a specialist service. Please give a member of our team a call to discuss.
